EMBEDDED SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Association of Scientists, Developers and Faculties is a leading organisation pioneering and supporting Research and Development activities globally with the Headquarters in India. ASDF operates in Thailand, South Korea and the United Kingdom. The ASDF UK & USA divisions are seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join our team of experts responsible for new product design, development, and introduction into production.
Job Description
- Working knowledge of microprocessor and microcontroller fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of C or C++ and understanding of C#.
- Ability to understand electrical schematics and perform basic circuit analysis.
- Ability to understand basic mechanical, pneumatic and electronic systems.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Desired Skills
- Focused on the Fisher branded line of products.
- Engage product marketing to design and implement product features that solve customer needs.
- Perform project and product documentation in accordance to departmental and company procedures and standards.
- Read, interpret, and implement engineering and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other members of the project team to deliver features that are implemented, tested and documented.
- You create a plan and outline for various audiences.
- You take personal responsibility for decisions, actions, and failures.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or similar discipline

Salary
The position offers an annual gross salary of £60K to £72K or $140K to $180K /year depending on experience. Where appropriate, the travelling costs will be paid. If prolonged periods of extra work above the standard working week are requested, payment for overtime will be made. The position may also attract performance-linked incentive.
